As a regular at S&J, I can only detail my experience.
I have outfitted two shotguns, pretty much front to back with gear from BadBoyBesson.
Alot of items were custom orders, or (at the time) first run productions that were buggy.
The mag extension issue we eventually worked out together, that it was the follower causing issues. This solution came only after alot of trial and error, but he was with me, more or less, every step of the way.
Anyone who says "there has never been an issue with ### dealer" is probably smoking something

I've had issues with supplies and dealers that I have dealt with on a regular basis and there is always a mistake or an error that slipped through the cracks. The more you deal with someone/company the more of a chance that a clerical error, prototype bug, etc can occur.
Until I came along, Wolverine never even realized that a ambi paddle mag release and tactical bolt release both installed on a CZ 858 will not work!. But I digress.
Mistakes can and will happen, what separates a good dealer from a great dealer, is how they handle it afterwards.
BBB has come in here and admitted he made a mistake and he is taking steps to resolve the issue, there is no need to constantly put foot to bum here without a valid reason to.
Everyone should take a collective step back and go for a walk.
Those who are just out to pick a fight, seriously?.
