It was meant to be a Bond parody.
Some things you guys didn't catch: The pills are Celebrex pain killers, favourites of arthritics, pro-athletes and special forces types. The watch is an Omega Speedmaster, as famously worn by Bond in "Moonraker". The Ukrainian docs have a woman's name on them.
Glad you guys got a kick out of it.
