Hey guys post more pics!!!!!!!!!

I just checked and I took all of 3, I was haveing to good a time. So I will need to steal your pics to document this event lol.

Shawn

Count me in for next years FG m14 clinic too!
Ted, you'll have no excuse if you show up on the line next year with the Sks again!
Possibly in fir the hunting camp too.

Haha! Johnny you are SO hooked! Looks good on ya though!
It was a very pleasant surprise to see you there.

That was the most fun four days I've had in a long time!
I'm waiting to hear if Thomas will let me attend again, since I accidentally stepped on his toe, but I apologized and I think it's all good......? I should have another M14 by then, a long version next!
Super bunch of guys, it would be cool to see familiar faces again!

I really am totally hooked! Also very pleasantly surprised to run into you at an m14 clinic of all places after not having seen you for a few years
I'll hopefully have a long barreled one to mount my usgi front sight to by next summer. Also hoping my shorty has an ICR stock by then!

The food was great, the knowledge was awesome, and the people were amazing! I expect next years attendance to double because I can't see any from this year not coming back and most who are kicking themselves for missing out this time probably don't want to perpetuate the self-kicking cycle!

Thomas, no need to return my pm, I understand you're busy. Thanks again for everything, bro. We'll talk soon.

Oh, hey guys
Lost and found hehehe

1 unopened package of assorted sandpapers
1 small plastic bottle of acetone
1 steel punch
1 wooden bristle brush
1 Camping chair - blue (jamie's)
1 tupperware with JB weld ect. (We think it's Hungry's so went with Shawn to Dundurn)

Hmmm some towels,

Let me know if yer missin anything. ;)

That late night before the first range day, there was a handful of you guys, lookin all zombie eyed watching me build a rifle from the ground up in an hour LOL that pink shirt kept me awake :D :D

Just can't stop thinkin about how much fun this was and watching you guys soak it all up was just as fun. The invite is open for hungry to return as well... But his wife might kill him LOL
We'll just have to wait till he retires in pemberton and have clinics at his place :D :D

It's on the Internet now Hungry, it's gotta be true! There is a group of us west coasters waiting to give you a warm welcome home when you decide it's time.

Thomas, dancing out of your way whenever you reached for something I was standing in front of kept me awake, lol!

What I wanna know is did anyone get caught with the shut off gas valve prank LOL

I'm not quite sure and there may or may not be witnesses but I do believe Hungry may have possibly packed up his M14 at the end of the first range day with the gas valve in the off position. But I could be wrong and I don't think anyone would own up to it either... Maybe.

Did anyone try the muzzle brake/FH adapter at the clinic?

Not sure what you mean?
Are you talking about a new device?

As for muzzle brakes, we all got real familiar with TexasGunner's Smith Ent Coast Guard Brake on day 1 shootin prone side by side LOL

That was crazy and a sight to behold lol

If we did would we post it on the internet?

I was Gunner's safety guy on day 4 and the hole that thing can dig in urban prone is a thing of beauty. If that is how we dug holes in construction I never would have left the trade.

SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

You will ruin it ;)

Yup, someone did tweak my gas system (spindle valve) and I was laughing long and hard about that! ha ha ha :D

I just cannot wait to get hold of my black plastic stock that I gave to Tom and get it read for his magic of converting it to the CQB style with the AR buffer tube interface, etc, etc. I'm going to review it, post it with pictures and then Tom and I had some plans. I just gotta remember what we decided. I've been kayaking all day on the Sunshine Coast (Sechelt area) and I'm sunbaked, once again. What a wonderful experience, paddling on the ocean with a sea kayak. :)

Cheers,
Barney

I meant the adapter from SEI or SAI not sure which one. Someone was going to try one. I am looking for options for muz brakes that dont require alot of fiddling.
