Bump fire AR stock legal in Canada or not??

I wish i wasn't a newbie anymore.

When I first discover this forum it took me 2 weeks going thru all the sections I was interested in, I went through some sections as deep as 10 pages.

Nothing wrong with being a newbie, we were all newbies once, but what set one apart from the next, is actually spend the time and look beyond the first page before you start posting. when the real "noob" post a topic where there is an exact topic just half way down the section, than complaint about how the search function sucks, it is pretty much just open season for them.

Bump. This is where the slidefire would totally rock, especially with the belt feed Stenling conversion.

In legalese forum. Someone already made some phone calls investigating this.

I called the RCMP once and asked if I could have a 16" AR-15 barrel cut down to 11" ... answer: "why not, it's already a restricted firearm..." <--- this makes sense

After discussion on cgn, I called again and asked the same question. Answer: "No you can't, the barrel would be a prohibited device" <--- this is the law

Also, these were not calls to the CFC, but calls to the RCMP firearms lab.... so asking the RCMP means sweet FK all.

This is the post that never ends, yes it goes on and on my friend.
