Walking Dead Fail !

I am glad someone else noticed. I said the same thing while watching which led to people I was watching with saying I wouldn't know because you can't have ar's in Canada.....

My wife always comments on Rick "talking" with his gun all the time. She said the first time he waved it around she would have kicked him in his gnads..LOL

RPG!

We have a winner! Almost spit my coffee all over a co worker on this one...nice!

snip...Probably, IMO, the worst firearm fail I've noticed in a movie or TV show.

Nope, that gun is "aimable" at short ranges, ask any "ipsicle"....."if you can put your front site on the target you'll hit it".

Carbines used in the US embassy scenes in the 1st Bourne movie, mostly didn't have front sites, though some had rear sites...

Come on,we're talking about a show about ZOMBIES!If they showed the gun shooting lasers at him it would have been just as realistic :D Anyone remember the scene in Terminator 1 when Arnold is in the police station and a sound editing goof makes his SPAS sound like a full auto?

I think the reason that there is so much shooting from the hip on TV and in movies is so you can see the faces of the talent. People go to the movies for the stars, and they want to see them.

My $0.02 - the Governor (the guy pictured with the AR) has a cross draw holster with his knife on the right side, and he is saying all the time to use knives not bullets to take out the zombies.

Maybe there's no one thinking of sights, etc, but someone is thinking of holsters anyway..

the show rocks!! boo boos or not.. but thanks for posting this thread OP. gave me something to do while wife watches THE VOICE! :) (ok..im kinda watching it too

Read the first post, noticed that too.

Hilarious. What's even worse? Watch the first episode of season 3. Not one action on the semiauto's slides to the rear to eject a round. No blow-back, no spent casings, yet multiple muzzle flashes.

It bugged the sh!t out of me. But I like the show, so I mainly ignore their silliness. Yes. I said silliness.

Ha, I mentioned that one before. If it was me I would be armed with a 10/22 with extended magazines. Georgia is also known for manufacturing suppressors. That redneck with the crossbow looks pretty cool, but it just would not work against a horde.

CCW is best against zombies, best plan would basically be giving everyone sheilds and axes and making sure people knew how to make proper formations ala roman legionaries

They used spears more then axes because they could reach out and protect them self they could also lock the sheilds and the man in the middle of the group can poke outside. Thats why they were so effective. It was a combo of a sheild and a spear plus a tightly grouped unit that was hard to counter attack. The zombies have numbers so that could make it hard to stop them even with an army of legionaries.

Spartacus meets Walking Dead, I think you're onto something here!
