I just got a new Smith & Wesson M&P 9mm last week and finally got a chance to get out to the range this morning to put my first rounds through it.
I set up my target at 7 metres and fired a group of 5 rounds off using the Weaver stance. All rounds were slightly left (I have a tendency to pull left) and almost 20 cm low. I tried again, bracing and using sandbags but the thing just constantly fired low. I asked the RO to try a few founds to see what he thought and he found the same thing. There doesn't appear to be any way to adjust the elevation on this pistol, only windage.
Anyone have any tips? I generally use the middle image as my sight picture. Does the M&P use the rightmost one for its zero?
