Why do I feel the need to get a Glock

Had one before.
Actually my first hand gun was a glock 17 .
sold it, to fund other purchase along time ago
I really want another one but every time a have a opertunity to get it, I stop myself for some reason.
I have a lot of other hand guns but not remotely close enough to say that I cant have more .
just cant seem to get another glock .
so please sell me on it .
I need all the reasons why I have to buy a new glock .
Please help
 
Everyone needs a novelty item in their collection, and Glock is the flagship of plastic guns.:)
Consider yourself luck you don't have a hankerin' for a Hi-Point JHP.;)
 
Look at it this way, if you want a new handgun, a Glock is one of the lowest priced ones, which means you aren't wasting a ton of money. You have already had one, so you know the quality and capability. The Glock 17 Gen 4 is a nice change, you get all the goodness of your first gun with some new bells and whistles.

lol ya that's exactly what happens ...every time,.
so iv gotten a 92 fs ,xd 40, 3 different smith and Wesson revolvers, Cimmeron 1873 peacemaker, colt commander 1911, walther p99,and most recently a iwi jerico 941.
every time, I picked up a glock, and opted for something else .and now Im wanting again .
cant figure it out.
 
You want one because it just works and you don't have to futz with it..
.if you drop one in the mud, or off a tall building, you don't freak out that it's damaged lol
 
When I get into the mood shoot several hundred rounds, I'll bring my G17. If it gets a few scuff marks from the holster...so be it. Mine's been a real "workhorse". Easy to takedown/clean and parts are plentiful (so far none required).
IMO Glocks are inexpensive to run and should be considered if you're shopping for a polymer ...YMMV

I was like you. Had one years ago, sold it, and then bought another one. Guess what....I sold the other one too. The reasons I sold the second one would be construed as inflammatory here so I won't bother boring you Glock fanboys with the details. Good pistols though....
 
The thing I love about my G17 is I can take it to the range blow off a 100 rounds, strip it down on the spot in seconds for a quick clean and then blow off another 100 rounds. It's simple, it's reliable and it works.

Why not get a Glock 20?

9mm comes in every single platform imaginable... 10mm is a level of awesomeness everyone needs to experience.
