Rimfire shooters in the Calgary area

So, the main body of the framing has been appropriated for a shelter for our barbecue and for the smokers. However, a fair bit of square tube, angle iron and heavy duty C and Box beams remain:

We can't have all that, as some is going to be taken by another colleague, however we will likely be able to have most of it, and I believe we can have all the heavy duty stuff. What do you guys think?
 
DAMN!!! that's a good score. If we had a plasma cutter, we'd make short work of it. All I have is a small and large grinder. It would work but take some time.
 
Hey guys so I finally managed to track down a couple 10/22's for my collection, so if there's any more plans for a meet up i'll deff be in now! BTW Andrew I'm going to shoot ya off an email there now so I can be put on the little mailing list you got going on. I would have surely helped on the 16th there only for the fact I was up north working!

If you have room for one more I would be interested. Just really starting to shoot my .22 but looking at putting alot of rounds through it this year.
 
So, if y'all are still interested, we are a good to go for most of that scrap structural at work. Apparently the boss promised away that heavy structure, but the lighter stuff is all ours. We usually have a crew working Saturdays, so we can drop by tommorrow and haul the stuff away. I'll double confirm everything today, and we can arrange something either for tommorrow or sometime next week. Cheers all!
 
hi andrew my name is johnny...i have been looking for a place to shoot outdoors for awhile now...i belong to a gun club in calgary...i wanted to join the btsa and shoot at homstead range but i cant afford both memberships...so i am very interested if your not already overwhelmed with anxious shooters...thanks johnny
 
No passes yet, usually buy your ticket at the door. Go early as the line is NUTS some years. Last year it was TRIPLED back on itself and people were butting in the front of the line - horrible chaos, too many rude "Just got my license" city kids who could use a lesson.
