Look at the number of views and posts in this thread, now imagine the sheer number of orders and amount of paperwork involved for just this promotion alone. Then factor in the same level of interest in CanadaAmmo's other sales. Chris could hire another half dozen employees to cut down on the backlog of orders, but then he'd have to jack up the price on deals like this one. I don't know about you guys, but I'm willing to wait an extra couple of weeks and pay less than $200 for a decent quality 1911, than pay $900 for essentially the same level of performance from a Remington or Ruger 1911 that I can look forward to receiving in just a week or two from another dealer. Then there is the matter of that crate of ammo...

Hi Canada Ammo,
Do you think you can offer just two pistols for $400 or $450 as a combo price. I have too much ammo but I do want couple of more pistols at a good price?

Cheers

I will say it again, we ship within 48hrs of receiving the transfer notice.

If we have not shipped, it is because we have not been notified.

Customers may have received paperwork, that does not mean we have.

If you have, please email or fax the transfer notice, and we'll ship it right out.

Our issues are not in shipping staff, it is the time and limitations on how fast we can process the paperwork. we have two programmers working on a solution, but that takes a lot of time.

Hi CanadaAmmo,

I currently have my PAL and my RPAL is being processed. Is there a way I can put a deposit on one of these combos? I wouldn't want to miss out on this deal.

Thanks,
SUB

And the free shipping,Pretty simple economics when you boil it right down. I agree with you X-man. I look at it this way, I've lived my 47 years so far without owning a 1911 so another few weeks ain't gonna change my life one way or another.

there is no such thing as too much ammo, no substitutions though

side note, what are these guns made of?

the finish where my slide and the frame make contact is already gone from shooting mine, its down to the bare metal already, should I worry about rustproofing or refinishing? my other guns never had the finish wear off, or are stainless, so I never had to deal with this.

Took mine to the range today shot about 150 rounds was absolutely flawless trigger is surprisingly nice love it guys can't say enough good things thanks guys at canadaammo

So aside from frustrated customers calling there respective CFO's & having the CFO e-mail a copy of the
(Transfer Notification Buyer) to them & they in turn e-mail that copy to you so their order can be shipped within 48 hrs .
How are YOU notified by CFC transfer is approved if the buyer is just waiting on the you the dealer .
Are you actually waiting for the (Transfer Notification Seller) form to arrive by mail ???
Just curious

hi
Are you out of stock on this deal? I tryed last night and it said it was out.
Hope to hear from soon thank

Click on the link in the original post, if there is a checkmark and it says "In Stock" then it's in stock.
Simple as that.

If you cannot check out you're probably doing something wrong.

It's still showing in stock... If the internet/checkout is not working for you, just call CanAm & order it on the phone!

Cheers

I ordered two and wanted to order a third but I can not get Canada Ammo to answer my emails for the first two...they must be buried. My first two where ordered 5 days apart and paid with separate EMT's

I hope I don't get screwed...

Last e-mail I got from them said they were too busy to answer e-mails so I think you will have to wait & see.
This thread seems to be the only way to get info when they post
