Or maybe you could consider picking up the phone?????? I know it's old fashioned, but I swear to God it works.

Funny I saw lots of people posting here say that they are not answering the phone .
Personally I have no reason to call them , they are busy enough without talking call after call from people asking if the gun has shipped . I sent them an e-mail a wile ago unrelated to this special & that's the response I got . they were too busy to answer e-mails .
 
Just to clear one thing up, we are not too busy to answer emails, and our auto response does not say that we are.

What it does say is that we cannot answer every email personally.

I use the auto response when the questions asked is answered in the auto response email. These questions are usually; where is my order or what is my reference number.

Other, more specific questions are answered specifically.

All emails sent to info@ are seen by me.

Those grips look great, where did you get them? The ones I found on ebay are similar, but not as nice.

The seller I got mine from doesn't have any more listed in that specific wood type (color)

You just gotta keep your eye out, the wood styles change all the time and it's just the luck of the draw when you find one in a wood that you like.

Keep your eye out and sooner or later you will find one that you like.

They fit perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the quality, some really awesome stuff coming out of thailand.
 
w00t! one more day of waiting for my first combo to arrive! If I knew my grips were going to ship on a bamboo boat from thailand I would have ordered them 3 weeks ago ;)

Cracked grips are irrelevant, but the chip in the slide, might want to talk to Canam about that if you can't live with it.
 
Chris is there anyway you can double check mine in case there was an error? I called the CFC today and they said there is no way they would take that long to get to a bulk spreadsheet complete. I gave them the date I received your email about the transfer being started. They seem to think something went wrong and told me to contact you to double check. I paid April 26th. Order #3957613. Cheers!

Hey CANAMMO, not #####in, just curious,, order # 3957445, ordered 3, got ser# for one, emailed you the transfer, you emailed that two had been missed. OK,, still don't have shipping email on the first 1?? Guys who ordered after me have got 1 and reordered, and got #2??
 
called up the BC. cfo office , got bounced to NB. nice lady there said they are helping out the bc office as they are 5 weeks behind and she pushed thru my transfer's from the 15th may :)
and said she would be faxing the ok to canada ammo today! :)
 
Does anyone have their fax number as they have not responded to my email asking for it and it is not on their site either then.

1.866.606.2743 I made a note of this as I'm waiting for the ontario CFO to email me my transfer notice.
 
Ordered and paid on the 23rd of April and after having cfo email transfer to canam last week and contacting them 2 days later, the shipment was shipped on Thurday and delivery was to be this Wednesday but to my surprise, the postmistress pulled into my drive this morning with my 2 boxes.
