Got mine today. Finish is perfect. A little rattly, but I like my 1911s a little loose anyway. Grips are perfect.

Just asking what the wait time is from order to shipping?
It's my 1st 45 and from what I'm told around my gun club now I get to join the "real men's gun group"

Yes there is! You can call the CFO and get the transfer approved over the phone and you can then email Canada Ammo a copy of the notice. This will easily save you days if not a week or two! Its easy to say CHILL when you have both your orders right?

I know some people who scoff at anything less than a 45 and I find it kind of boorish at times. I like the larger calibers but I never mock the nine; and I wouldn't want to be hit by either of them. It just seems like a "3 foot lift kit" attitude. Maybe it's just me.

I am with you. I even like shooting my GSG 1911 .22! Nice and cheap but lots of fun :)

The 17th. Apparently the transfer has been approved for a few days. Not a big deal. I already have one to play with. I just like getting stuff in the mail. It always feels good.

The payment was processed for my 3rd combo today too... so that would should show up just in time for Christmas. Neither of the guns are actually for me... but the ammo... thats for me.
