You can't shoot with crossed fingers Karl, lol. Glad to hear that you liked the second toy even better than the first. I expect mine about 4-5 days apart, so hopefully today and next Monday/Tuesday. Greasy fingers here I come.
 
Just finished ordering my second one, they held out till I was able,June 26, 09:48 bc time! I told him no hurry I already have 1 to play with, had to take advantage of this one time deal. Hoping for a 9 mil deal too! How do they find these deals, to purchase/ship/import/ and sell them for that price? I hope he has enough to suppy every rpal owner with at least 1! I guess he will/is getting repeat ammo customers out of this too!
 
Ive still not received any response from my emails even after sending another one through their website. I just want to know if they have received my paperwork. I guess it will be over 2 months from purchase date to product received.

My smelly, assembled, 36 piece puzzle arrived yesterday! (Order #3958975)
I field stripped it and let it soak in dish soap for a bit... It still smelled bad and I thought why not try the whole thing?
I really recommend doing a full strip as 2 pictures show grease that remained when I field stripped/cleaned it.

She's all clean and ready for lube and reassembly! Thanks CanAm.

Wow, Thank you very much. I saw the pics and I was like.. yea, not doing that. But the videos are a big plus. I'll tackle that some day soon... As for now, just a simple take apart and wiped g96 allover. Still smells like gunk :(
 
I love the smell of surplus in the morning... had no idea they were coming today. Though id be a few more for sure.

This is my 2nd and 3rd order... what the heck am I going to do with 3000 rounds of 45acp? Not a problem at all. Both guns are pre-sold to friends.
 
I sent my rpal number and club name a week ago. I paid for the combo May 5th.
Will canadammo notify me if they received it or when they get approval from the CFC?

Thanks. Here's the engraving started. Dremel with diamond burrs. Bit crude. Hope the second side is a little better.
The characters are Ai Ki Do (AikiNut - I've been practicing aikido since 93). sometimes defined as origami with people.
Very good (late) friend could group 2 inches "instinctive" snap-double-tap shooting with my old .45 at 20 yards - he was also a 4th deg. black belt in aikido. I admired his skill at that style of shooting but can't do it. He admired my "precision" (NRA 2700 style) shooting, but couldn't do it.

I just take what I can get... I have an EE purchase that is very, very trying right now so it evens out. The only thing that's been mentioned before on this thread is making sure you call the cfc often. I called at least 3 times and got them to email the transfer notification which I promptly forwarded to CanAm.

Good luck on a quick process.
My safety spring is deformed so I'll probably get another one (from Marstar?) as well as a full length guide rod.
