UPDATE ON MY GIRSAN -
These both took place well spread out in the 1000 round count.
Firearm was cleaned well after every range day. Not a big concern, both malfunctions took place with the 115 Grain ammo.
Just keeping you posted on my experience.
I think many people find that their pistols prefer the added "push" of the 124 gr 9mm. It might make a difference when the gun is slowed down with dirt or in the cold. I'm not sure how they compare to the 115 gr in terms of IPSC power factor but it could be a consideration depending on the load. For the pennies involved, I stick with 124 gr myself. I've tried Wolf reloads, S&B and soon American Eagle. S&B is a good choice when they can be found. I bought AE only because my retailer (Lantz) didn't have S&B.
