Well I just got done fitting my new Boyds . Tiny bit of sanding and the thing is perfect, passes all tests. Just looks blahhhhhhhh compared to the ones above and no bloody use to me at all because I can only shoot with a pistol grip courtesy of a buggered thumb.

The LMT is Dave Armstrong's personal favorite butt stock on the EBR chassis he designed.

Finally broke down and bought one. 2013 Norc shorty, bone stock. Loaded up 50 rds with new Rem brass, CCI 200s, 41 grs IMR4895, and Hornady 168 HPBT seated to 2.800" with no crimp. The rifle ran flawless and once I got settled in I could keep 5 shots in the bull @ 100 yds. Firing prone unsupported on the only dry(ish) spot in the gravel pit. I still miss my M1 but so far I'm liking the M305. Fit and finish surprised me and it really has no issues. The trigger is fantastic and blew my expectations away. Now I need to practice with irons a lot more!

I don't know what the hell photobucket did to the pic, that whole service gets more useless every time I turn around. Anyone know of an IMG hosting site that doesn't do downgrades every other month?
