Just Kids!!!
War is fought to fulfill the greed and ambition of old men, and paid for in the blood of idealistic young men.
I'm badly misquoting that, anyone who can remember the genuine quote and author feel free to chime in.
Just Kids!!!
The UN are not only "slavers" but the "biggest most profitable slavers the world has ever seen". Well, slap me shocked. This is certainly news {and much welcome news to the Portuguese I would suppose} Care to explain how the UN is involved in a slave profiteering business, I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like to know?
Just Kids!!!
Many ex Soviet nations are notorious for collecting children and young people for ### slaves all over the world. Do some research, this is well documented and in most cases, the social and judicial elite in these nations are complicit. Same goes for India, Pakistan, Malaysia, China and other nations in those sectors of the world.
Canada, US, UK, France, Italy, Germany, Sweden and others have task forces to tackle this problem. They admit they are losing ground every day. Just to much money to be made off the backs of slaves.
This is nothing new. It has been going on since mankind existed.
There are many sites that can explain this to you much better and in clearer terms than I can. Do some searches and make up your own mind.
UN leaders have been notoriously corrupt and complicit in hiding such criminal activity for a long time. Once in a while, they even try to justify it. Check out Bangladesh for starters.
Title of this thread is "Picture of the Day". How about using the discussion forums for discussions?
Then we have the "Living Room War" that brought the horror and waste of Viet Nam into our evening supper time news.
BTW - I read a forensic analysis of the Robert Capa pic of the falling Royalist soldier. It was the considered opinion of the medical examiner that it was not a staged photo based on the man's hand as he released the rifle and his body language as he fell.
We've all seen the movie images of falling soldiers who seem to pile up in dramatic ways, not haphazardly like the soldier in question.
Hey guys! Was wondering if I put up a military picture a day (WW2 for the most part) we could discuss what we see, and think what the picture means. I am just a young pup to most, but am really interested in anything military. I know a lot of you guys know a lot more then me! and I am all about learning new things.
Cheers
Joe
