Very nice setup. How is that M2 bipod affecting your accuracy?

didn't try yet. Just finish to restored the stock. Im not sure that M2 bipod is the best thing for the accuracy. it just look nice for the picture purpose lol

ammo can in the top right in the hi res photo is labeled 12.7 AP, and it looks like american equipment, so I'd say its 50 BMG / 12.7 x 99

That caught my eye too. A bolt handle and brake that big will be for a .50 cal. projectile.

There is no official word, but I suspect they are a homegrown Latvian design.
