10,000 Enfields!

Ok, fine.
But are these "available" indicated rifle possible to import to Canada?
Would it be straightforward with no "Homeland Security" issues?
What to do these items cost?

Note to self: Start learning Italian!

Not for sale anyway.

Ohh if I could get a DeLisle Carbine in my collection I would be a happy man, there's just something about that gun :)

On a side note I sent an email off to Loyalist, but while i'm waiting for a reply, do you guys think they could import a single firearm? two maybe? Or do you think it has to be a bulk order? I would take a skid, I just don't think I could afford it! There are a couple of firearms on Euroarms that are calling my name; Garand, M1, K98 to name a few.

Install Google toolbar then simply hit 'right click' and scroll down to "translate page". Italian is on their list of Languages that can be translated. :D

Some time things do come out funny though. :D

i sure would like to get a few items from them!

please post any info you get from reply's, lets import some g43's people!

Hey Guys

Just got this from Blair at loyalist.

Dear Oliver,

We have just heard from Euroarms in Itlay, re the #4's and #1's Enfields, etc., etc.
They will not be able to give us any info. on these various rifles until the end of April.
The whole company is involved in gearing up for a major gun show in Europe and they are still recording all the
serial numbers on the Lee Enfields at their warehouse in Italy.
The president of the company has promised he will give me a full update after things slow down a bit there.
All I can do at this point is sit and wait for them to contact us again.
I know you folks are anxious for info. but that's the best I can do for now.
Will keep you posted as soon as we hear something concrete..
Will copy this email to all the others who have expressed interest.
Hope this is helpful.
.
Your Servant,
Blair Higgins.

can't wait to hear more. Blair has been very helpful and prompt with his replies, I trust he will get back to us ASAP when he gets some more info.

I got the same email above and also these two as well:

Sorry, Euroarms of America does not import this rifle. We only import black powder muzzleloading guns, mostly of the Civil War era. Our parent company, Euroarms Italia, located in Italy has this available for the European
market.

You may want to check with Loyalist Arms and Repairs in Harrietsfield, Nova
Scotia, 902-479-0967, linda.higgins@ns.sympatico.ca to see if they can
import it for you.
Thank you,
Euroarms of America, Inc.

Blair was kind enough to return my phone call. he confirms that he can bring us whatever strikes our fancy in the Euroarms catalogue and is legal to import, so no DeLisle's, sadly.

It sure does leave a bunch of other stuff though, don't it?

BTW, Blair seems a sweetheart and easy to deal with. I'm looking forward to seeing some of this hardware.
