10/22 build advice

How do they shoot? I have a 16" IBI on a dlask receiver that I would like to bed the action into the stock with a kidd rear anchor. Initial groups looked promising. What ammo have you tried?

This is my last build.

Oryx chassis with full length Arca rail
MDT elite cheek riser
Dlask Tuf 22 receiver with 20 MOA rail
Dlask charging handle
Kidd bold
Kidd single stage trigger (set to 14oz)
IBI 20” carbon barrel (also have an IBI 16” fluted barrel)

Oh, man this thing looks sick. I am marking it and maybe I am considering to build one when the spring comes. I have never owned any semi-auto 22lr, let alone 10/22, at all.

I just finished putting it together. Still trying to decide on a scope.

I’m not sure I mentioned this but I have a 10/22 Ruger . When you fellas mention a 10/22 are talking about the action type ? As it seems the 10/22s you are building are not Rugers ?
Thank You

Many of us have 10/22s that have no Ruger original parts with the exception of the magazine. There is a plethora of after market items for these rifles.

I build my rifles with almost 100% factory 10/22s 'upper and lower'... others build with a mix of a couple of aftermarket to 100% aftermarket. But the functional appearance and critical dimensions are Ruger factory spec... usually :)

Maybe it's just me but I feel bad about having major leftover pieces and want to end up with some whole number of functional firearms, so the barrel count has to be matched by the receiver count and all.

If we had a local source of a trigger group it might be possible to assemble an all-Canadian 10/22. Hello, Triggertech?

Building these things is just too much like fun.

You'd have to find Canadian made internals as well.
