10/22 photos - post 'em up here!

Love the one on the bottom! Mind sharing the details?

Sure.. but its pretty simple

Boyds SS Evolution "pepper" laminated stock
Green Mountain SS fluted 16.5"
Silver Bushnell Trophy 3-9x40 with SS rings

Never touched the trigger parts or bolt assembly.. it was the last thing i was thinking but i have a hard time justifying having 2x 10/22 for me.. and was thinking of trying to sell it and keep just one (the black one). at the same time, i love them both.

These are my 2 boys.. Black Death and Mercury.. i am so proud! Groups kick arse! I did not need 2x 10/22 but like babies.. accident happen and you gotta learn to love em anyway :)

LOVE the top one... If i had the money I would be offering to take that baby off your hands at a ridiculouse price :p

ScubaSteve... if your getting a real bad itch to get some trigger time down while your in the hat... my parents house is just outside of taber, I do a bit of targets n such there. Might have to pack up Some of my rifles and meet ya out there!

Here is a nice little collection of 10/22s.

Two on the right belong to my uncle (240Gord) One is an ultralight build with a butler creek stock and ultralight plastic lined barrel and the one on the right is pretty much its polar opposite with a wood stock and heavy bull barrel.

Mine is on the left, a Volquartsen action and barrel with a butler creek stock

Looking too put on a 12.5 bull barrel, which will really clean it up.

I heard (on the nfa facebook page) they changed the packaging and that they are ok now.

So after hometownhero helping with the facebook info (thanks for that!), I contacted Williams Arms, the RCMP and Ruger about the BX-25 mags.

According to the guy I spoke with at Williams he feels they can get them now, though they're out of stock and not sure when more will arrive. He figures since they can order them through distribution and receive them that they must be legal now.

According to the guy at the RCMP, they are still prohib.

According to the lady at Ruger, they are still prohib though they are trying to get approval for the magazines by no longer exporting the Charger Pistol in Canada. They feel confident that will solve the issue, I'm not so sure but we'll see. They hope for an answer in the first quarter of 2013.

So I'm going to go with both the RCMP and Ruger info on this and say the BX-25 mags are still prohib.
