10/22 photos - post 'em up here!

Here’s my 10/22, and that one is short, just above 26 inches long, so still a non restricted ! Really fun plincker! But to be honest, I’m not super peaceful about the idea it’s 26.1 inches long, I might add a pad to the stock to give me a bit more overall length.

How do you like the Oryx?
So the oryx is actually my buddies but he likes it quite a bit. I’ve been behind it a few times and I must say it’s a very capable chassis. It’s very well made (isn’t everything from mdt?) and the fit is very nice. The ability to have changeable panels and accessories built just for it is also nice I’ve honestly been considering putting my hunting rifle in one because of how well built they are and I like the at grip a bit better for control.

Just completed this build yesterday and eagerly took it out to the range. What was supposed to start as a simple receiver swap with my existing 10/22 ended up being a complete custom build. I was super happy with the results though -- getting sub-cm groups at 40 yards using CCI SV ammo. This will become my Mapleseed competition rifle.

It's running a 16.5" Green Mountain barrel (from Nine35), SBI C-71 LR receiver, SBI gen2 10/22 bolt, Dlask charging handle/spring/guide rod, KIDD 2-stage trigger, X-22 stock, and Bushnell AR Optics 4.5-18x40.

Pretty much done externally, a bit of tuning up on the trigger group....next things to mod : bolt and bolt handle. Hoping to have some time for the range next week to give her a spin!
Which bipod do you have on there? Also how did it perform on the range?
