There are lots of gun stores that retail Beretta shotguns. Sooner or later these will show up in those stores.

I’m liking everything except the lack of opening up the loading port and the price

Anyways, as far as the port on the 1301 goes, opening it up from the factory still probably won't satisfy the competition guys, while significantly increasing the purchase price for them and everyone else.
The Comp models already have the ports really opened up, fairly radically. The Comp model uses a 3.5" receiver though, so would guess that's why they haven't used it on the Tactical model. I agree on the price increases, too much, going to be very close to M4 country now.
There are guns where the factory port is opened up even more than on the 1301 Comp, like the Breda B12i, and yet the competitors will still modify them.
I appreciate having the port opened up a bit, but since I don't compete or perform fancy quad loads, I don't need a radical competition style port job, and in fact having the receiver wide open would make me worry about reliability out in the field.
That stock is FUGLY. I was thinking / hoping it would be much more like a Swiss Arms folding system.
Nothing new here, but damn if these don't look good all decked out.
I really hope Chisel Machining offers a version of their stock where the optic mount doesn't interfere with the irons though.
The optic mount is removable & how does it interfere with the irons?
I haven't any pictures of it without the mount and one SHOT show attendee mentioned that it wasn't removable.
It sits too high to be usable with anything but ghost rings and even then its a lower 1/3rd sight picture, which through an optic is probably going to be barely useful.
The attendee at the show has no clue what they are talking about as its very visible it is a 2 piece design that bolts on, having the optic that far back gives you a bigger view window through it than if were on the OEM pic rail.
See the above video for further explanation 7:17 time stamp
What's under the actual mount though?
There could be a raised insert sticking up in your field of view once its removed for all we know.
Possible, but I doubt it. In the pics & stills there is at least 1 bolt that holds the optic pedestal to the rest of the assembly. See time stamp 1:24 in above video.
The above video also shows the stock without the optic mount, time stamp 1:31
