Well read / Youtube up on the Tisas 1911 Army or Duty in 45ACP. It was one of the last pistols i bought before the shutdown. So glad i did.
It shoots great and every review raves about them.
I guess since we are only shooting holes in paper it doesn't matter if its 9mm or 45 ... but, in my mind, having the legendary look and feel of a solid steel 1911 in the caliber it was designed to be is like owning a great bit of art (even if it is not the original oil).
