i don't think it is a shame for any respectable 1911 enthousiast to possess a norc, they're great beaters

Looks like a very nice 1960's commercial Colt. Really supurb condition. You don't often see them like that, especially without the "noob scratch".....

I have no issue with Norcs, as the ones I've had have worked well for me.

Probably shouldn't show you my NP29 9mm then?

Picked up off the EE here awhile back with most of the existing mods installed. [Including the "noob scratch"]

The only thing I added was the FLGR and the standard slide stop as I didn't like the extended one that came on it.

Shoots like a house of fire. Wish the slow boat would get here because I'd buy another in a heartbeat.....

Thought it about time I posted this one. A 1968 mfg Colt Government 1911A1 .45ACP that I've owned for many years.

Yes, I have the proper factory grips for it, too. Unfortunately, it came with the "noob scratch" when I bought it back in the day.....
