22 LR gouging

I don't see much of a shortage in Edmonton, but still a few store trying to gouge eventhough Cabelas sells then for half the price

Was in Cabelas today in Barrie. Picked up 6 300 rnd chootem packs. Guy informed me that they just that morning lifted their former maximum of 2 to as many as you want.

Wally World had Win 333 for 15 and change. More ammo showing up, still lots buying more then they will ever shoot, but that too is letting up. I too find it funny that someone that was crying the blues is now trying to stick it to the rest. Just remember for future dealings :)

Maybe the worm is starting to turn. I was at local CO-OP and they had a few cases of American Eagle. $2.30 for solids and 2.45 for HP. Not bad ammo out of my 2 autos. Will make gopher fodder when mini-mags run out. I did not get any to resell here at 50/brick, but just wait someone here will :(

Grabbed some Federal Champion 525 value packs at Italian Sporting Goods today in Vancouver for $29.99. I hate giving them my business but it is what it is. Reliable has had an awesome selection on .22 for a while now and I try to support them as much as possible.

im paying 8.90 for 100 mini mags at my LGS, dont feel tooooo greasy about it. Walmart selling the win 333 packs or whatever about 30 after tax...thats greasy.

My local Wallyworld just got a couple 333 boxes of the Win. I bought one today - it was $17 and change, plus taxes. Vastly cheaper than the LGS or Crappy Tire (although they are out).

This is the first 22 ammo I have seen at that Wallyworld in at least a year. A few weeks ago they told me they were phasing it out (they removed the "spot" and prices for 22 ammo in their cabinet) but now they have new empty spots and prices. Of course, it took them about 20 minutes to find the keys to the cabinet...which might explain why they had 2 of the 333 boxes in stock.

I paid $10.99 for mini mags and $9.99 for Win xtr at my local can tire today. I'm on the rock. Those prices aren't bad considering everything out here is usually 10-20% mor than mainland due to shipping costs.

They were $42.99 at my LGS last I checked (in April I think). I should stop in again and see if they have comes to their senses yet... I hope so because I just bring myself to pay that price.
