That's pretty neat , slight over kill but neat .
Well this has taken a strange turn............not interested in launching arrows, already have a gadget with a string on it, that does that quite effectively..........
After discussions with Marshal some time back we decided that bullets will be in the 90-110 gn weight..........he wasn't sure how light he could go using 6mm jackets, and I'm looking for a dual purpose large varmint (wolf, coyote, fox) and light big game (antelope, deer, caribou) cartridge. Anything using lighter bullets can be done with a 22-250 or a Swift, and anything needing heavier bullets jumps up to the 25-06 or 257 Bee..........this is just my vision, anyway...........
My comment about cumulative wisdom...............I take it back!
I think I remember hearing a fellow stripping the fletch in off a cross now bolt and shooting from a 410
Would it be legal to use bow hunting?

Ummm ... you would be discharging a firearm at game while carrying a bow tag during bow season Tyler-j-witty ... no matter what description of projectile that firearm discharged 'in the general direction' of said game.Would it be legal to use bow hunting?

I was just wonder what determines the bow hunting part . The limb, string, or arrow ..
I assume by Wally you mean me...............how the hell did I get to be Wally now ?????????
That would be the BOW in bow hunting. Its not bow and if you feel like it gun hunting season. A gun is not a bow.
