There are undoubtedly some fine shooting rifles among the brands mentioned. The best RF benchrest rifles ,like centrefire, are custom builds using actions like Halle Turbo, Suhl, Time precision and some Rem 40X. The unfortunate thing is that even though very precise, production rifles can't cut it. I like shooting my Anschutz rifles but my 40Xes put them to bed. Bleiker might be a good one or the new Walther KK300 - I haven't seen either set up for benchrest. There are heavily breathed on Ansch. 19XX and 20XX actions but out of the box - no.
The other big variable with RF benchrest is reading conditions - having the best equipment only goes so far. Practice reading atmospheric conditions and time behind the trigger pays dividends.
