So therefore, we MUST be interested in what the US has to say on exportation of any material, and that includes 37mm launchers.
Any discussion of not doing things "by the book" will result in at least the post being shut down, and the person making such comments may end up with holiday from our site.
For definitive answers, consult CCRA and if needed US ATF/Customs.
Please keep that in mind when we discuss any activity here.
Thank you.
Carry on, as you were.
Luqid_Snake said:37 mm is not a firearm it shoots flares and anti riot rounds under 500fps I have tried every witch way to load and it still fires under 500fps unless you make DD rounds for it then its a weapon
I would say now your likely to get it seized at customs unless you get a licensed dealer to bring it into Canada for you

I went as far as makeing steel 37mm castings then up`d my load. Still nothing more then 350-380 fps At a distance of 150-220 meters. The 40mm fires 450fps (137mph) And 400 meters
Here is some info

Customs doesn't need reasons or logic. They make it up as they go along.AR15meister said:Sorry I guess I wasnt clear. I am wondering about why it would be seized at customs?
If you are saying it isnt a firearm I cant understand it. Unless you mean they will see it and freak and then later on let me have it back....![]()
