5 handguns you dont have and you dont want.

Handguns I don’t want, but have:
Glocks (grip angle is wrong for my comfort, but otherwise excellent pistols)
NP40 (CZ 75/85 format which I dislike due to outside frame rails giving too narrow slide grip)

Handguns I have owned or shot but didn’t like:
Sig 226 format pistols
Beretta 92
Para P13 (original hi cap 1911 frame and kit)

Just from my experience and in my opinion:

Ruger Mark II (I suspect the I and III are the same) - far to complicated disassembly and reassembly process for a .22 pistol. My target version was very accurate but so is my Buckmark...Ruger was sold.
Luger P-08 - An awkward and finicky pistol, but it's milsurp so most don't get fired and are just nice to look at.
Ruger P-85 - Not natural to handle at all. I have no idea why this was in production so long.
Browning Hi-Powers (surplus/fired/beat to hell versions) - most inaccurate 9mm pistols I have shot (or been issued). New/unfired versions are far superior, as are surplus versions that have the working parts replaced.
Pretty much any Beretta .25, .32 tip up pistol or knock offs (they are all prohib now). Never trusted them.

No
Makarovs
Tokarevs
Desert Eagles...pointless, monsterous, ugly
Hipooint
Nambu

Most of the “no’s” have multiple strikes against them; cheap, ugly, poor performance. Performance is the big one though; Agree Glocks are generally ugly, but the 48 is my favourite pistol by a good stretch. The S&W’s from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s...functional art. Not a huge Colt fan either

nothing polymer and nothing in.22.also a colt python just because of the bloated resale prices.can't do it.i will take anything smith and wesson.

Interesting. I have a bunch of 9mm semis, a 617 (.22 revolver) and a .22 semi (Browning)....and they're ok but nothing beats a large cal revolver.

my absolute all time favourite is my s&w 629.it goes to the range with me EVERY time.it always puts a smile on my face when i pull the trigger.not so much when i need to restock the ammo tho.

Since i bought my Glock 26 Gen 4 in New Hampshire for my CCW, i came to realise that the 26 is light year in front of the other Glock for performance. So i have given to 3 of my grandkids a Glock i have in my canadian herd…
Glock 21 gen 4...
Glock 19 gen 4 106 mm
Glock G 48 2 tones…

This will permit to buy 3 more up here.

PS: Once you shoot a Glock 26 others Glock seem very bland.

It's also a way to help 3 new RPAL holders to own their first handgun.:dancingbanana::dancingbanana::dancingbanana:

My five:
  1. Any small frame, prohib length, break action .32
  2. Post war, Belgian made FN .32s
  3. Ruger Blackhawk (most inaccurate, good quality pistol I ever owned; .357/.38
  4. Highpoint
  5. Glocks
  6. Bonus Pistols: Sig 226 style guns; just don't fit me, but are beautifully made.

There is some make of handguns, i dont own and have no attraction for.

Here there could be more but i will limit at 5.

Charter arms
Taurus
STI. This handgun have good reviews but i cant understand plastics parts in an almost expensive 1911.
Para
Kimber

STI RangeMaster would certainly be an exception here..My 9mm ran great...

I bought one years ago on-sale. For some crazy reason its grown on me, and is my favorite "blasting away at the range for fun" gun. Probably because I don't care about it. It gets used and abused. But man, it has never missed a beat. Side by side to a Glock 19, when disassembled and going over details, it almost seems like a better made 19. I think I'm gonna get roasted now....flame suit on. Lol

My son bought a S&W SD9VE as his first handgun with his own money. I have to say it is a fun gun, accurate and trouble free.

1. Any Glock
2. Sig Mosquito
3. Desert Eagle (cool, but I mean, why?)
4. Colt Python (that's gonna be unpopular, but I just don't want one)
5. Any Taurus

1) Ruger P345. Reliable but poor egos and heavy.
2) Anything Norinco. They look like a great deal but they always lead to expensive modifications that kills the initial value.
3) Anything 7.62x25. Not easily reloadable, bound to off shore surplus ammo.
4) Ruger Mark II’s. I do not like the round trigger guard.
5) Sig 226 platform. They just don’t fit me and don’t feel good to shoot.

Only two that I can think of at the moment: Chiappa Rhino and (I'm going to annoy some fanbois here) a Glock. I all fairness to the Glock, I've only dry-fired a few, and the triggers all seem mushy.

Any rim fire pistol/revolver (Boring af)
Glock (unreasonable priced plastic shxx never shoot straight)
Desert Eagle (badass but super unpractical)
Chiappa rhino(the king of ugly)
Hi-Point (Not a pimp in da hood)
Charter Arms ( I may buy one for trolling)
