Hard to say what they will come up with for definitions on mags, but, this gov't is in a position to do anything they want, and at present, get away with it. Seems like they intend to subvert any court ruling that may not be in their favour regarding the OIC's from May 2020 and those cases by making it that the GIC cannot reverse the OIC's, which means Parliament would have to, which would require them to come up with legislation to negate some stuff in C71 first, then C21. Won't happen easily with a Lib/NDP stacked Senate.
