I now also own the number 307. After some research, I found that it was a rcaf survival rifle, pre EAL that was later converted for the DCRA.

It’s a heavily modified, accurised one piece stock. Heavy barrel. No marking left except the DCRA conversion number.

#515 just found it's way into my hands. The butt socket was drilled and tapped for a Parker Hale PH5a sight, so that's what I put on it.

I just bought a 1943 Longbranch N04 Mk1* 7.62 DCRA #1607 at Switzers auction. They had it mislabelled from a normal N04 Long Branch. Rifle is bedded and has a matching LB Bolt and a Mk1 Sight.
