I just found one of these, in my basement!

I was at the Kamloops gun show today and there where several 7.62 #4 enfields there. At least three of which where DCRA conversions. I missed the numbers on two of them but #1697 was still there at the end of the day.

7.62 barrels With or Without Bayonet lugs

I thought DCRA barrels came only without bayonet lugs?

CA/LB had a contract with the Brits to make some 7.62 No4 barrels with bayonet lugs...some of those have made their way back here in one form or another.

Clearly the conversion is number 546. Collectors source uses good macro on their photos. Save the photo, then blow it up.
