Thanks for providing the info on your build components and cartridge performance so far. Had heard about the cartridge and was curious as to how it would perform and compare with same weight bullets to the 6.5 PRC (which I recently rebarreled a rifle to and am starting to play with). Nice to know that properly headstamped brass is available. Might not be an issue for some, but is a nice to have item!

Being a hunter first, who values accuracy over velocity, it is always interesting to learn about other cartridges and how they perform.
While I may not run out and buy or build the latest and greatest (downside of being a lefty), as what I already have may already provide similar performance on game in the field, it is still nice to learn about these new advancements and think about what it may mean to those of us that are hunters, and not F Class/PRS competitors. I know that I appreciate the advancements that we are seeing because of their endless search for improvement!
(I am a fan of the 6.5 and 7mm cartridges for most of the shooting and hunting I do! Have, or have had, the 260, 6.5 CM, 6.5 Swede, 6.5x284 Norma, 6.5 PRC, 7mm-08, 280 Rem, 7mm Rem Mag, and 7MM STW)

Shooting Pretty Good Don - Hey is that LOAD near MAX in your rifle or is there a little more to be gotten FPS wise ? RJ

No that’s just a starting point RJ, I’m sure you could get up another couple grains of N555in there, the FClass guys are up 57.0 to 57.7 I’m going to run a string up from 55.5 and see where I get pressure
I’m going to try some R26 and N560 as well

This working for a living sucks, gets in the way of load development!

Yes seems to so far, Bartlein Barrels has just sent test barrel to Hornady for pressure testing, I’m thinking we may see this awesome cartridge commercialized before long with the amount of following and success it has already.

Thats cool. Be interesting to see what they name it.
I don't think it'll have a "PRC" in it, I think too many people would get it mixed up. I could be wrong though. Time will tell.
