Rifles, brother, rifles. Look inside.
I think the post was about 870 Shotgun's. Not Rifles. "Look inside".

Yes, like American cars, needs no improvement at all. And it's so funny they are losing money.

OK. You get me.
Remington was a great company. However they lost steam and just keep making the same guns.
Look at this Grizzly 870 thing, all it takes is to cut the barrel to 12.5 inch. Yet Remington just wouldn't do it. So CanAm takes the idea and place order. Next thing we know is Grizzly 870 sells like hot cake. Everybody want one.
Does Remington learn anything? I don't think so.
Remington does make 14" and 12" 870s and they used to export them to Canada until the U.S. State Department and Department of Commerce started getting cranky about it. That's why a factory 14" 870P is a very desirable shotgun that commands a premium price on the used market.OK. You get me.

Should it be aloud that other Companies can copy Remington designs and sell cheap knock off's. What ever happened to "patents"?
u need a good mag follower and spring
ask around someone hear makes good follower
bbb
I dont know f--k all about patents but i think it expired?
its a spring and a plastic follower inside a metal tube, if i replace those with a real 870 parts, would that fix it ? thats my questions, if all of them do it or is it mine or brand related ?
As OldRanger mentions above, this follower will definately help.

While you're at it, you can replace that crappy safety on the Griz as well with the one BBB offer on his site. I use a dome safety on my gun and prefer it to the flat oversized Wilson one. Rolls nicer under my finger and you can't miss using it.
If you want a Remington spring for your Griz, PM me your address and I'll send you one free of charge. Your call.![]()
It's not the manufacturer, or the cheap guns being the problem, it's the cheap consumer.
Soon you'll be able to buy Norincos at the Dollar Store.
How do you remove the plug that retains the spring..do you have to turn it or just pop it out..? referring to a Griz by the way..
Using a large screw driver with flat head, push the plug in, then turn 90 degree.

Now that's funny!
In cold temperatures, degrease your firearms completely and just shoot them dry.
