Wow. Great pics.
Reminds me of catching fish in a barrel :)

I think we should have a new rule where you should have to apply for Hunting access just like Off Topics access. That way when AZZhats start criticizing other's hunting methods (dogs, baiting, crossbows) we can ban them from Hunting but they still have access to the rest of CGN and the EE so they can still buy knitting needles and such from the EE.

Thanks for sharing the pics, they are pretty cool.

Except it often involves hours of chasing dogs up and down hills, through deep snow, and over dead falls to get to that barrel. There are probably a lot of so called "hunters" on this site that don't work as hard to get their deer or moose, as some people work to get their cat.

And the people that usually complain the most about hunting with dogs, seem to be the non hunters. Perhaps those people should just shoot zombies on the computer and play with their tacticool crap, and avoid the hunting forum.

Agreed! If everyone hunted the same way, we would all be getting pretty bored of reading hunting threads here on CGN.

Awesome pic's, probably the best cat pic's I have seen on CGN, and holly jebeezes, I did not think those cats got so big( Pic 7 I think it is) We do not have them where I hunt, and to be honest, not sure I like to run into one lol.

(Sardaukar )..... Man we're lucky those things are instinctively afraid of us...

So these huge cats are not at all dangerous ???

First off, AWESOME photos!! Please post more!! What is the yellow dog in your pack- cur of some sort?

Second- I 100% agree with riden. This is the second time in the last few months that someone has made asinine comments about people hunting with hounds. I am certain that any hunter who thinks that hound hunting is easy hunting has never had anything to do with the sport, and doesn't have an effing clue about the tradition or how much work, time and money is involved. If you don't like hound hunting move on to another thread and keep your ignorant comments to yourself.

The cat that I took weighed 185lbs, they are much larger than a person imagines.

Beautiful pictures of some very nice cats. I cannot believe how brave the dogs are. If you have more pictures please post them. I could not imagine chasing those cats through the snow like that. Today I was out for rabbits and having a tough go with the snow. I could stop when I wanted because I did not have to get my dogs back.
