a sneak peek on new to Canada firearm

Falls into my "do not want unless its waaaaay cheaper than a 7.5" CSA" category.

Buy both.... I can't bring myself to buy a restricted version of something that comes non-restricted so this would be the first choice for me.

i couldn't be bothered to read the whole thread with 100 posts asking how much :).....but as a rifle, is this ####ing thing gonna be stuck with 5 round mags?

it's blow back, i have hope it being legal, hell i have hopes of ak being legal :)

I understand the sentiment. Hell, I'd love to see the Bizon on the Canadian market. I just don't have much faith that the RCMP firearm classification lab techs would see that firearm as being different enough to make it not an AK variant.:(

Russians USED to make solid guns. That is not set in stone anymore. Just because it's russian doesn't guarantee anything. I'd pay the same rate for it if it was made in North America or China. And some stuff coming out of China is better than the NA original at less than 25% the cost.

i would partially agree, but only partially. some guns that where mad during 90s early 00 were bad, not any more, country is more stable now (99% small arm manufactures are state owned), military is rearming, and russia currently largest weapon exporter hence there is a motivation for gunmakers to competed. i doubt china would make it better (though I heard they #1 in africa for small arms witch is huge market) as russians are pretty good at quality mass production, other smaller butches that know one gives sh%t about, as they are not profitable and gun made in 90's those small butches. more is better :D

they'll probably do it by name, or it will end up as a scar, lost in time, bu tmy hope will dies last :(

I'd like a short one, restricted. I have plenty of non-res stuff, and I hardly ever go into the woods. I go to the range lots, its 10 minutes from my house and I have to pass by it to go to the woods.
