Apart from Weight, fire selector and price.
I'm going to hold off my decision until the official ACR is released. If it is closer to $2000 then I'm all over it. If it is closer to $3000 then I'm getting the XCR at $2350.
After tax thats $3450 and $2600. That's $850 difference.
For that I Can buy the 7.62x39version and the .223 conversion with 1:7 twist.
The XCR is all metal and with the new FAST stock looks like a maturing product.
I lol'd at the thread title change.
I love ACR
And I love XCR.
I love gunz, and gunz love me.
Cant we all get along?
My ACR is now the recipient of a 6.8SPC upgrade.

How's it shoot?

(still going to be a few months sourcing some additional components)
Where did you get the bolt? I'd love to see a 6.5 grendel kit for the ACR. If that became available it would sway me towards the ACR. 300 AAC Blackout for hunting and 6.5 Grendel for 300-800 yards target shooting.
By official, I mean a gravel imported non-restricted ACR.
These are not available, yet.
truthfully I'm learning a lot here (about how the industry functions)
