You need to sell the 22lr pistol and corresponding 9mm slides. This is the only way to get the sale going my friend.

only problem is the FRT, I am not sure if they can get FRT for new pistols. The pistol you want will very likely need a new FRT

What do you mean? Any caliber change on a pistol needs to be submitted to the registrar. The handgun registry would show it being a .22lr.
