After getting your Type 81 rifle will you fo business with TI again?

The pre-order was obviously to raise the funds to make the purchase. When enough funds were raised the order was placed. It's not rocket surgery.
 
The humanity oh the humanity ! Yes I will if I want something they have. I’ll buy anything I want F morals and stands if I want it I’m gojng to buy it. I have much less then half a F to give esp about a store. If a baby panda had to die for me to have something I want, well I guess it’s too bad for the pandas.

I think some people's idea of customer service is actually what is called "mind reading" LOL. "I was on social media and they didn't update me....to the questions I didn't ask."

Direct emails or phone calls appear to be in threat of extinction.

I'm not sure how people can gauge "customer service" if they don't attempt to use it..

Ive been in since September 1. Given the info from TI I figured I’d have my t81 by first week of November. I have my tracking and looks like the rifle will arrive next week. Not to far off my original guess. Every email I’ve sent has been replied to very quickly. I’m very happy to have a chance to own this and damn excited to get it. The wait is horrible but it is what it is.

it’s not like we are supporting that evil Walmart or Chinese goods made by slave labor, and children..... or you know any other human rights violators that produce plastic evil oil goods all over the world.

I’m talkin bout those baby panda executing goods where you buy it and you have the option to kill (euthanize is the proper term sorry :( I shall feel bad all day now in the spirt of gender equality;) :(:()it anyway you want, sacrifice it to the devil (or spirt don’t wanna define what a devil is that’s morally wrong !), a voodoo priest and they use its body parts for magic spells with albino(white is never right!)human parts (it’s a good cause it cures aids ! Not that we should as it’s helathy to not stigmatize) or they sell it off to one of those ethical panda zoos, use it for medical research or something(may I suggest gender fluid studies, oh right here is no gender my bad).

All I’m sayin is I support sustainability as long as those pandas are ethically sourced organic and sustainably, raised, slaughtered halal and sponsor a refugee family(and there sick extended family).

Who are we to judge what’s right and wrong. Did you guys think that baby pandas never died ever ? Sometimes you gotta protest with you funds and wallet even if you make money off brutality deciding how to slaughter baby pandas.

I think you hit the nail on the head. Some people cry about no "communication" but what they really wanted was to get a post on CGN every day. Even if there is no real update. It makes them feel safe I guess. :)

It's funny times. Back in the day you went to a small independent for the top notch service and knowledge of the product. Big box stores service was likely to be poor and customers were only numbers. Your suggesting it is now the other way around. That's generally not what I have observed.
If the day comes when Big box stores retailers have better service than independents, then say goodbye to independent retailers.

Big projects have some bumps along the way, get out of the basement man, life isnt easy

no offense, but imagine asking BASS PRO to bring these in....

It's all relative. Some do, some don't.

Many bigger retailers are relying on customer surveys as feedback and use them as a bonus to employees. Get good surveys and you get a bonus... or, get bad surveys and you loose your job.

As for getting the product to the customer big box will always prevail as they have the man power and resources to accomplish efficient logistics. Smaller companies don't. Most likely they have one or two shipper-receivers that multi-task. That was my point.

... and many forget to check their email junk boxes and get angry at the retailer.
