aguila ammo in canada

"hmm i do have a friend with dual citizenship should work out nice"

Won't work, he would also be breaking US Export Laws by bringing Ammo into Canada and leaving it behind.

camerl2009- I see once again you like to argue with people about your opinions and that yours are more correct than the others that have a significant status and pull on a forum that you are relatively new to, not to mention their far more experience on the subjects that you post.

So move to the US.

Getting a green card is faster than waiting for this stuff to be imported.

You know all this about the ammo how? Believe everything in a gun magazine, do you? Or are they using it in one of the video games now?

The fail is stronger than usual in this one. Especially combined with the requirement to "drop a bad guy fast".

Let me rephrase that. Graduate high school. Get some form of employment, apply for a green card, then emigrate to the US, and buy all you want.

Coyotes die just fine with long rifle. If you hit them. Better with an appropriate chambering, with some actual energy, though. You can hit them farther away with a **** (fill in the blank with something with more snot than a .22 Long Rifle chambered Rimfire).

wow Trev, that was such a funny post, I damb dear fell out of my chair reading this especially your comment... "The fail is stronger than usual in this one. " I just imagined Yoda saying that one, it works so well..

This is news to me. I thought that was for US citizens only that were residing in Canada.

Thanks for the insight........

This is for IMPORT into Canada, not US EXPORT. If you are IMPORTING into Canada, then any shipment over 5000 rounds requires two permits, the general Canadian import permit (IIC from Foreign Trade) and a second permit from NRCAN for authorization for the specific explosive, in this case, "safety cartridges".

As for US persons "residing" in Canada, they can not bring any ammo out of the US without a US Export Permit. The exemption you are referring to is for US persons TEMPORARILY exporting ammo for their own use while outside of the US. The argument can be made (the US regulations even have the word "temporary" in bold) if the person doesn't reside in the US, then the export is permanent, not a temporary trip.

However some people will want to argue the above point.

so its illegal to shoot ammo here when it's imported by a US citizen that dont seem to make sense

The tone of this thread was too casual in the beginning IMHO.

Making everything all up-and-up with little preperation and assuming predisposed rights versus recent import/export laws.

Caution is my byword.

well it has been a bit since ive done it and i just looked at the atf website and yes the export law is right no export without a export license stupid laws of the USA

Stop saying stupid things, and you get treated like an adult.

Add all this to the stupidity of asking about the use of Less Than Lethal 12 Gauge ammo to use to 'scare' intruders, over on Castboolits, and you come across as a second or third class festering boil that really should be spending more time doing his homework and less time online.

Really, either you are a candidate for a ride to special school in a really short bus, or you are being wilfully stupid, which in it's own right, should bar you from owning firearms.

Lesse. You want to build a Jaco Derringer, in 17 rimfire, you want to shoot people, you want to illegally export ammo from the US, or find a way around those laws.

Yep. Sums it up for me. Child in a Fantasy world.

Till then, it is what it is.
Don't like me commenting? Don't post stupid ####.

Trev, not to mention he says that he also has a 12.6 and a 12.3 so he can get 32 ammo for some scratch built jobby he was going on about...oh lets not for get there is the famous double flint that plans to be manufacturing in the near future, even on his you tube page he goes on about it.

some musings.............. http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?t=99438

who said i want to shoot people i want to do nothing of the sort of corse brake in my house in the middle of night and make a step on the stairs you bet someone will be shot but thats in self defense and defense of my family

Man. There are days when we need a full page face-palm gif!

Pink is a colour I see in the future for this one, eh.

That thread on Castboolits is pure gold. Can't find comedy as funny as that on TV anywhere.

My favourite quote from this one. "I'm getting tired of this foolishness. " 'Bout sums it up.

I think they pretty much got him pegged there too.

Should maybe stick to Airsoft, where he can wow the other kids with his 12.3 and 12.6 stories, eh.

Cheap entertainment.

Y'know.

All you have to do to make it stop, is act like an adult.

The other choice is to log out, and delete the link to CGN.

If you tell all your friends how mean we are around her, maybe it will slow the influx of kiddies living in fantasy worlds.

Cheerio!

Oh hey, Cam.

Checked out your youtube channel.

You look a little young for 12.6. Want to share with us the story of how you got your 12.3?

Well at least he has some enthusiasm, but that "exaggeration" has GOT TO GO. We can only hope he will grow out of it, and before the police do a Johnny Sombrero on him, since (by his own admission) he does have prohibs, and manufacturers firearms, that means he should be on the list for a no-knock inspection.

Oh yea, I too would love to hear how he got 12.6 and 12.3, and of course I'd love to hear more about that "prohib class to own a silencer".... he posted on Castboolits.

Sigh, would have thought he would have learned by now that CGN (and Castboolits) aren't Airsoft forums.......
