Cool.
Lots of people are willing to pay extra for the quality that is associated with the Dlask name. Just because YOU won't doesn't mean others won't, and it certainly doesn't mean people are going to sell guns they paid $900 for at a big loss just because you can get a cheap facsimile from the factory now.
You can get a Ruger 10/22 for $300, and a Remington 870 for slightly more. Yet, Dlask sells a bunch of their 10/22s for more than twice that and were just selling an 870 for $1300, which is sold out.
Maybe the dlask barrel is better, but in general the gun is cheap and plastic, so imo who cares , I'm fine with a mediocre barrel on a mediocre gun, having a high end barrel on a a mediocre gun that isn't made for accuracy anyway doesn't warrant a higher price.
The dlask was selling for more money only because there wasn't another option, most people didn't care about the barrel being a higher quality, they just wanted a short barrel, now that the factory ones are available the dlask won't sell unless they are inline with the factory pricing
