For a anybody who thinks there local law enforcement wont jump at the chance to go door kicking to exercise there power over its citizens are fools. I know the opp in my area would take on that role like a bunch of rabid dogs. The new type of law enfocement are a rabid bunch i honestly think alot are suffering rage from the steroids alot are using to bulk up at the gym. Just look at that female rcmp who trampled that elderly first nations woman on her horse. She enjoyed every bit of it as witnessed from her cell phone chats that were leaked after the fact. I lost all respect for the rcmp horsemen that day and i mean all and i actually worked around anfew of them during my time showing horses myself at the royal winter fair in toronto. Inwould not stop to piss on one of them if they were on fire

I agree partially. People with previously restricted firearms will be the low hanging fruit as others have said. They’ll know exactly where to look unfortunately. The previously non-restricted models, especially prior to PAL verifications, will be impossible to find.
The main issue is resources. Police forces by and large have never been stretched as thin as they are now.
That was small scale, on a unarmed population. So obviously those dirty pigs foamed at the mouth to trample citizens.
They arent enough cops to go around do to door to collect guns down rural Alberta roads ... lol.
And even if they come to my house, all they will find in the safe is my collection of glow in the dark fleshlights, and I will get hauled off to jail.
Be out on bond the next day , and still have all my guns... lol. So I dont even see why anyone actually cares about having banned guns.
