To be honest, i was really frustrated while assembling a lower with a NEA parts
Are you sure that it wasn't the lower that was out? Not saying that it couldn't have been the parts kit, just it wouldn't be unheard of for it to be the lower.
Nice build! Where on earth did you get that stock? I like!
Nice build. I'm not a big fan of the older Magpul M93 stock, but each to their own (you might want to check out the new Magpul STR or ACS-L stock if you're looking for something different). Your problems with your lower are almost certainly the LPK; I'd suggest something like a Stag, Daniel Defense or RRA next time (you can't really go wrong with any of those).
What should i do with a gasblock? should i just force it on and ruin the finish on the barrel..? And can someone please tell me who has a carbine length gas tubes in stock..

not a chance, the cadex lower is perfection, i have put a few togeather, they were the easyest to do of all of the brans out there.
But i have used some of the dpms lower parts kits and NEA, they look the same and have the same issue.
The roll pins are crap. the parts are rough.
Many years ago i fround out the value of a good lower parts kit.
The armalite and DD kits are what i try to use, RRA after that.
The rest are just repackaged made in Teiwan products.

Love the M93.. best stock i ever had, the fact that cheek rest always stays in the same position... is great. Plus, with NEA barrel you need something heavier to balance out the weight. I will definitely look into a different LPK..
We've gone through several hundred parts kits and not seen any of this. Is it more likely that several different parts all manufactured at different times in parts kit are out of spec, or one lower is?
Our barrels are exactly .920 at the gas block. They don't have an exterior addition finish, rather a surface processing. Most companies undersize components to be compatible after plating (we do on all of our parkerized components). If the finish on the gas block is a little thick, it will fit tight. Try a little scotch brite inside to smooth it out. A touch of oil won't hurt either.
The barrel is harder than the gas block. As long as you don't smash it on, the barrel should be ok.
While we've had some past issues with some components, the issues expressed above haven't been one of them.
The only parts kit issue I've seen is someone trying to install them into a colt small pin lower. (Go figure)
Maybe they're allergic to proper military Select-Fire parts kits, and prefer the more traditional paper-punching variety.
