Lets just say it has some similarities and commonality of some parts.
More to come once we have the FRT#
that sounds awesome! will you ever make a classic AR-10 style rifle? I know it would be restricted.

Where does one look to buy a classic AR-10?

Actually if its made to the original specs it would be non restricted. Modern ar10 are just ar15 made bigger to handle .308 and are therefore ar15 variants.
This may be asking a lot but... Here I go. With this rifle will there be the option/ability to chamber it in 300blk?
Would solve my issue of wanting a NR semi 300blk... And not have to ponder compromising on a XCR in something else.
Or s it still too early to speculate?
Either way I can't wait to see one of these.
Yup, not harm in asking a question right?
Glad I could answer your question.
Certainly no harm in asking, perhaps this rifle design will lead to a scaled down 5.56 version. Then .300 blackout would likely be easily accomplished.
Wise man once told me (he was a firearms instructor no less) a brilliant piece of adviceYup, not harm in asking a question right?
His piece of advice was this: The only truly, utterly stupid question is the one that does NOT get asked.I admit, not my brightest question.
Exactly my point. And maybe it will.Certainly no harm in asking, perhaps this rifle design will lead to a scaled down 5.56 version. Then .300 blackout would likely be easily accomplished.
This is good. This is VERY good. Maybe even possibility for other calibres based on the 5.56/.223 case.THAT potential does exist.
Sweet.. a restricted AR .308, 3x the price for ammo and twice the size of hole in paper... :/
Face palm indeed!
