Hey all.
Update for ya
I bought all the stuff I need to reload 9mm (.45 will have to wait). I gave up on the gunshow, they didn't have much there and what was there was all over priced. So I went to my local g-store and loaded up.
I now have a slightly used set of Pacific dies, (they will be replaced soon, they are just regular not "carbide?") 1000rnds of 145gr LRN, 1000 Remington primers, 1lb of Titegroup, 400 1xf brass (+the 250 I already had), new shell holder for my press, Lee hand primer & a few plastic ammo bins (100rnd cap) Total cost was $260. To top it off the next day I went to the range to test my loads and "found" 250 1xf brass (there were 2 guys shooting beside me and they didn't want to keep their UMC 9mm 115gr brass).
I have settled on 3.2gr of Titegroup pushing a 145gr LRN (all my g-store had in stock), that was the load reccomended on Hodgdon's web site (147gr JRN spec'd 3.2 gr) I loaded 5 rnds at 3.1, 5 at 3.2 and 5 at 3.3, the 3.2 cycled the action well and so did 3.3 but... .1 of a gr, its a little bit less and still does the trick.
What I really wanted was 125gr LRN so I now have some on order. so I guess I'll be doing some tinkering in about 1000rnds or so.
This week I have loaded about 850rnds, plus I went to the indoor range 2 nights this week and I now have 200 brass in the tumbler ready for re-sizing. 2 1/2 hrs a night plus 4 hrs on sat & sun reloading....... single stage!! My right arm is getting some definition now tho!

lol
I am trying to keep costs down (and shoot indoors, only lead ammo under 1000fps is allowed) and Lead ammunition is spoty for availabilty so I guess I will have to roll my own.
So I guess I should ask.... where do I start when I get my 125gr? can I just keep goin with 3.2gr or should I decrease it.... or increase it? lol or I could just got to the Hodgdons web site and look it up. The first #"s I got were right on the money!
I have just about convinced the wife that I could spend more time with her if she would let me buy a dilion

She has been on me all week about how I spend all of my time in my "room" playing with my guns! lol "I never shoulda let you get that stupid 9mm...." (in a high falsetto voice)......
I am supposed to go and see one this evening, the guy wants to sell me one and he is tring hard to make the sale! So he has set it up with one of his customers to show me theirs in action!
Cheers
