Hey wake up, havnt heard from you since the 9th now. You still want this thing as I got another guy that really wants it. I didnt know it would be so popular lol.
Guess people pay for it. Don't give it away for free.
ill live without the few bucks that i could get from that thing, to help a fellow gun nut out.
I agree with you, slipper. Easier and much more water tight than the mossberg tube.
The lid your all talking about is a test plug.

The discussion on the JIC shotgun has become only about the waterproof tube
Well i never realized how popular those tubes would be, and seeing as the guy I offered it too is missing in action, as I havnt heard anything from him since the 9th. Im gonna keep the tube, as i think selling the shotgun later would be much easier if I still have the tube.
Well, the tube is the unique thing surrounding the package. Otherwise its just a run of the mill pistol grip 500 right? Actually its probably closer to shortened Maverick 88 than anything. Just unboxed my new J.I.C Mossberg Cruiser 500. I had a "WTF is this" moment and a chuckle afterwards. I must admit that I think this setup is pretty damned cool. The action on the 500 is buttery smooth. Here's the unboxing pics (I couldn't resist)
