April 6 2015 Update on AT15 mags important notice

I signed off on the mold modifications yesterday. The replacement mags should start to roll in next week.
As soon as we have them we will start to ship them to those who returned the out of spec mags.

I want to apologize to all that this effected, we did not see this coming. I would also like to thank all of those who opted to stay with us and had the faith to allow us to replace the mags that were not right.

Cool! Can't wait for the fde and OD versions.

Customer service and dedication to the product like that is a great way to earn customer loyalty. Can't wait for my mags to arrive !!!
 
So I just called ATRS, and I am damned impressed.
Came out ahead of the problem, took ownership, no denials, great service.

I'd deal with them again in a heartbeat!
 
TY for the update! Anxiously waiting here in Toronto. Should I send an email your way with the invoice # of the original order with the out of spec mags, or are you guys on top of who needs the replacements?

If you are already in the "system" for replacements, meaning you have been in contact about the problem, sit tight and they will be shipped to you.
IF you have not already either been contacted or have not previously contacted us about the problem mags please do so so we can solve the problem for you.

Everyone who has either sent back mags or have been in contact for replacements will automatically have their orders shipped out starting tomorrow.
Further complicating the process will only mean delays in getting mags out. Please understand that we have hundreds of guys to deal with here and to contact each and every one with notification and tracking info will make an already massive task into a nightmare, so PLEASE be patient. If your mags do not arrive in 2 weeks THEN please contact us for further info.
Your co-operation here is greatly appreciated, we are doing everything possible to get the replacements mags to you as soon as possible.
 
I remember signing up but since then I have not received any notice ? . Do I need to purchase of your web

We just put them back in stock so the email has gone out, try checking your junk mail folder and adjust the options accordingly if necessary. Orders can be made through our website at this LINK
