Well have has ARs since 1984 shot more than I can count and have gone back to my retro SWG 556. No batteries, it's light, accurate, never jams, it is my SHTF gun especially as it works incredible with my CMMG .22 rimfire kit.

It's a Redi-mag, holds a spair mag on the rifle ready to use fast.
Specs, NEA upper and lower, as well as 18inch mid length barrel with Stag compensator
CMMG LPK, Magpul MOE rifle stock, midwest Industries 15" freefloat rail, Spikes tactical BCG
Magpul BUS and Bushnell TRS-25 red-dot on a riser until i get something better.
All in all, very happy with it, wanted something robust and practical, built with the intention of plinking and light 3 gun competition, will need to upgrade the trigger in the near future. Planned to keep me busy over the winter but too many good deals after christmas shortened my build schedule.

I had that same Norc AK. That's the 84S in .223/5.56 under folder. I loved that gun... but then the Nazis came...
