Hey ghostie, if these $1500 M13s ever come to fruition, I guess our used ones will be worth only a grand
Yah, no doubt. If the market is somehow miraculously flooded with NIB pistols... the exisiting pistols will go down in price

I'm not holding my breath for that to happen, but I am curious to see if more P7 pistols... of any type, condition, etc.... can be located and imported to Canada. I am in favour of that, because I love the P7 and I would like to see more people shooting them and having the chance to own them in Canada.
This whole thing kinda reminds me of a joke/cartoon I saw in a guitar mag when I was a kid: "Guitar player's dream... showing up first at a garage sale where lots of classic axes are going cheap. Guitar player's nightmare: same thing, except you show up right as a busload of Japanese tourists is leaving!"
I was saying to another guy in PM's a few days ago: imagine somebody tells you that a stash of new-old-stock Colt Python's were found in a warehouse in the U.S. somewhere, and now they are being "offered" to a Canadian dealer... at below market prices.
If we change that to "P7's" and "Europe" does it make it any more believeable?
Like everyone else, I want to believe that there are still a few places in the world where classic axes (or pistols) are going cheap... but I've learned not to get my hopes up.
Even if there are used, or police/military surplus pistols... or whatever... I would still be interested. I luv's ma P7's!
