Armalite AR180B Stuff

HK SL8 vs. AR180 for accuracy, etc.

Is the HK SL8 that much more accurate than the AR180b? Assuming the HK SL8 has the AR mag adapter, are there any other strengths and weakness one has over the other? More accesories available for example? I know it's possible to spend a ont of money on the AR180 to make it look and shoot like an AR15, but if you do, will it ever match the accuracy of the HK SL8 or just look cooler?

Heavy barrel and just a better rifle.

As for Amarlite anouncing new accessories, those are nothing new. They are made by a third party and have been available for a while now.
 
I have fired both SL8 is better

I still think the sig is the best nonrestricted .223 thats why I have 3 of them :dancingbanana:

AR180B Finnally Questions

Hey everyone....

Thought i would see what the experts:cool: have to say...

I just picked up a minty used:dancingbanana: AR180B and was wondering what advice any of you AR180B owners have for me, as far as Functionality and general nag's with the rifle go.


Give me the dirt let's hear it....:)

No it does'nt. It's still over 660mm.
 
The only prob I had with mine was that I shoot lefty and that damn safty always dug into my hand. I did a little mod job and reverced it's position to the right side of the reciver instead so it's fine now.

Other than that, if your useing opticts, get a good rail or re-enforce the mounting plate (has a tendincy to break off I hear).
 
Ozz where did you pic up the digi pat for your rifle....??? and other accessoires, i would like you to point me in the right direction becasue yours is the sweetest IMHO ar180b i've seen yet.
