Attention! Poco Gun club members! DON'T USE 10 ROUND LAR-15 MAGAZINE AT RANGE 7!

Ahhh the Squamish range...I just got back and the only #### I had to listen to was the little voices in my head telling me to eat babies.

Well after reading all that all I can say is:

Come on down to the new indoor range range when we open. And you can shoot your 10 Round 9mm AR's to your hearts content.

And I will even ecourage you to shoot mag after mag....:dancingbanana:

what's this range you're referring to?

Wow...I went to my club this afternoon (which will remain nameless so we don't have an influx of people looking for greener pastures.)

50 yard range was empty.
So I sighted in a 30 30
sighted in a 22 that I just did a sight change on
rattled off 250 rounds or so of 38 Super doing drills
swept up my brass
picked up a couple of handfuls of once fired 40 S&W brass

By this time the rifle range was silent...I drove up to the other range and picked up 20 rounds of once fired 7 mil mag brass.
I didn't have one other person on the range with me...either range.

And the first drop of rain hit the windshield as I let go of the ignition key after starting the truck.

Probably the most enjoyable 3 hours I've had in months.

Another take on 'the sprit of the law is that we aren't supposed to have 10 rounds in an AR' reasoning:

The spirit of the law is supposedly to make people safer. I think most of us believe the majority of gun control laws do the opposite. So, if we are going to follow the true "spirit of the law" instead of "letter of the law" then everyone should push the letter wherever possible. Letter of the law is what we are forced to follow; spirit of the law is pretty much useless in this case.

If the true "spirit of the law" is really to get rid of guns, then go ahead and cooperate by never using the legal 10 round mags.

Some RO touches my mags, and removes cartridges without my permission is going to have allot more then the spirit of my foot up their a$$.
